Douglas W. Harold, Jr.
has been actively practicing law since 1981 and has maintained a private law practice in Frederick County, VA
since 1991. He graduated number one in his class from George Washington University School of Law in 1980. Before receiving his law degree, he served as an active-duty naval officer in a variety of technical and managerial positions, prior to retiring from active duty in 1981 with 20 years of military service. In addition to a law degree, Attorney Harold holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering. He is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Virginia State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Federal and Bankruptcy Bars for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. Bar (currently inactive).
